Returning books

I am unable to find a "true" link to return an audiobook.

It's under your account. Each purchase is listed and there is a return choice to its right.

Otherwise just call and you should be able to do it over the phone, I couldn't figure it out at first myself.

They seem to have revised the return page. ORders by purchase date are listed rather than list of books with clickable return option.

If you go to your Account Details page, at the very bottom of the page is a link for Make Returns and View Past Orders. They don't make it easy to find. I usually just do a chat discussion with them to return stuff, and it works just fine.
