I am searching for an Harlequin Presents title about two sisters who did not know they were sisters, one raised by the natural father and the other raised by her adopted Mother I believe. the one twin is a model who had a relationship with a rich powerful business man who thought she was having an affair with some other man but it was actually her sister he saw with the man and he dumped. She was devastated, she started working herself ragged and not eating properly and at that time she did not know she was pregnant and had a miscarriage which caused her to go into a deep depression and her family came to take her back with them and to try to heal her. Her ex finally finds out that it was not her with that man and tries to win her back.
