First tier mods: No rules other than group name changing, banishment, and the group rules. Banishment and group name changing must have a majority rule on what ever the case is between all first tiers voting.
Second tier: Must ask to change a name of a thread. Must ask before mass comment deletion. Must ask first tiers for a banishment or name change.
Third tier: Must ask before changing a thread name. May ask to message a warning to people about different things.
Fourth tier: Must ask permission to make a thread. Other than that, are a regular member.
