Which raises a question: When you die, does all of your scars and stuff go away? Or are there people walking around Heaven with giant holes in their skulls or arms and legs blown off?

In this world, all your scars go away. The ones you got from your death, anyway. Like, if you were in an accident and lost a leg, but didn't die from it, you'd still have one leg in Heaven. Does that make sense?

Yeah, it makes sense. I was just wondering how Ryan would end up in your world.

I don't know. She'd probably still be in a wheelchair and frozen, since it's a slow death. Lisset had lung cancer, and she still has all the scars from her surgeries and whatnot. The only scars that go away are the ones from the thing that killed you.

Argh. I just noticed a pretty big plot hole in my nano. It's set in Arizona, and yet the leaves change in the fall. Woops.

Eh. Some of our trees do change, I guess. Except most of them aren't as glamorous. They're all dark brown instead of orange/yellow/red. Nothing like the tree on the cover. They really do look like they're shriveling up and dying.

And I am just screwing up left and right continuity-wise. Marlie's last name randomly changes between Solen and Lawrence. It's Lawrence now, but I'm wondering how I never caught that...I guess I just changed it to Lawrence recently, so I didn't remember, but still.

They're just making strange noises. And now my cat is snoring.

How is it any different than counting the names after someone says something, hmmm? Like, "Hi," Sloane said.

Argh. I just noticed a pretty big plot hole in my nano. It's set in Arizona, and yet the leaves change in the fall. Woops."
I don't get it. Why is that a plot hole? Don't leaves change in the fall in Arizona? *cowers with stupidity*

They're just making strange noises. And now my cat is snoring."
Holy grapes. I had no idea fish made noise.

Hey hey. There's nothing wrong with that. Nano is all about cheating and getting away with it.
I cheated a bit with 300 already ... I did a few random scenes where my characters all of a sudden dropped character and talked about nanowrimo. Then they had a fierce argument and a fight broke out between two of them. Then the third one screamed at them to get back into character, so they reluctantly did.
But don't worry, I'm not going to write any more scenes like that. They make me feel guilty for cheating. ><
