Add book cover

Hi there
I have a permanent book cover to add to this now. Can someone do that for me please? I'm not too sure how to add the cover to this post.

Hi Alexa,

Write this but remove the asterisks:

[*bookcover:Your Title|8 dig Goodreads number of the book*] by [*authorimage:Author name|Author Goodreads Number*] [*author:Author name|Author Number*]

For links only:

[*author: Author name*]
[*book: Title*]

The result will look like this:

Hi,

I just finished Sleeping Giants by Sylvain Neuvel. The edition I've read has a photo of the book as cover and it annoys me.

Could the cover of https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...

be changed in the same cover of this edition:

https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3...

They are the same, so the cover can be replaced by the cover of the last link.

We can't use a cover image from another edition, even if they are the same image. I've replaced the photo with the cover from Amazon for that edition. If your copy has a better quality image, you can scan it and we can use that one. I'd create a new thread if you'd like to do that because it gets confusing.
Next time make sure a thread is not tied to a particular book before posting on it.

Did anyone get an advance copy with the current cover? If so I will create a new edition for you that you can make default.

No, they didn't. But I have the cover image. Is that something I'd be able to do, make a new edition and combine them or make the new one the default?

I have deleted the cover. You can either upload it yourself or add it to your profile pictures and we can do it for you.
The instructions in message 2 are for existing covers to be posted in a comment like you did, but they do not apply to this situation.
