Gibbs sat there, on the sand. He was trying to figure out his life. Back on the ship, though, another mind was stirring. Phillip, a Christian they had captured, was leading a group of the crew to find the Captain and his right hand men. And women.
Phillip, torch in hand, was going to see Calypso, goddess of the sea. Ems had a good relationship with the godly being, having been raised by her. They rode the boats, with Phillip Clutching the bible very tightly.
((Yeah. You've seen at leAst one pirates, right? If not, Calypso is a character. She not weird... But she has an aura to her, you know?))
"My god will forgive me. I do not worship you, so I will not descend into the depths of hell. The Captain and his right hand men and women have been taken from us, and not by a human force. We seek your help." He called.
"My god has told me to come to you. I have asked him. I trust him to guide me on the right path." He said confidently.
"I know exactly what The Lord god says. Now, help us before I change my mind." He said, holding the bible close to his heart. He wasn't lying.
"Your riddles cannot fool me!!" Another crew member yelled. Phillip placed a hand across his chest to stop him. "Thank you, dear Calypso, and may you be saved from the fires of hell." He said, holding his hand out with the bible in blessing.
((I'm gonna close out for the night.))
Phillip and the rest of the crew paddled the boats back to the ship.
Phillip and the rest of the crew paddled the boats back to the ship.
Phillip climbed onto the ship, with the eagerly awaiting crew at his finger tips. "They are not in these waters, and a break shall happen. A break of seas." He said, very confidently.
"I know I will see him at death. And it was not him that has scared me. You were following me very quietly and it scared me." He explained
"Are you a merperson then? Or the same monster that took our captain away?" He asked, not meaning to sound accusing, but did.
"I'm sorry." Phillip said. He sometimes failed The Lord. The Lord would forgive him, but he wrongly held grudges against himself.
Phillip sighed. He couldn't make any friends. Oh well, The Lord god has a path for you, even a rocky one.
