How does our group create challenges?

I made my own group, but I don't know how to start challenges. xD I heard that theres suppose to be some sort of link, but I didn't see it. It is supposed to be underneath settings. But, its not there. Then, I found out that only feedback members have it. Then, I'm like what is a feedback member? Help anyone? Not that I don't like this group, but I wanted to try making my own xD. Please and thank you ♡♢♧♤
