I chose the book ‘Lucy and Linh” because it looks like lots of other books that I have read and I have enjoyed those books in the past. I thought that the book was very interesting and I really enjoyed it because it kind of relates to my life now. In this book Lucy and Linh, it is mainly about two teenage girls. The main character is Lucy, she went to Shepherd in the sky as well as the other character Linh. They were best friends and Lucy moved to a more advanced school. When Lucy moves to the new school it is not like anything she has ever experienced. She starts to write to Linh about what school is like, she has no friends and doesn’t know any of the school traditions so she stands out of the crowd. While experiencing her new highschool she has some interesting things happen to her and eventually makes new friends. I recommend this book to my close friends because one of our friends has recently moved to another school and she will eventually move to another state. I think that she would really enjoy this book, it would make her laugh since we (Cameran and I) relate to the characters in this book so much.
