The copy of the book that I have in hand
(ISBN: 078685376X) (paperback edition) (copyright 2002 Disney Enterprises, Inc.)
has 200 numbered pages. However, page 194 is the 'Selected Bibliography, pages 195 thru 199 are the 'Index', and page 200 is biographical information about the authors. Could this supplemental material have been excluded from the official page count and explain the discrepancy? Or maybe there was more than on paperback edition?
