Mike swallows thickly as he stares up at the restaurant doors looming in front of him.
It doesn't make any sense as to why he wants to back away slowly from 'Fazbear's Entertainment Center', the layout, design, everything being the exact same to the location he's been guarding. There should be no such thing as a single inch being slightly different from 'Freddy Fazbear'. Yet it's feels almost ominious.
Which doesn't make any sense. Freddy Fazbear's is a place for kids to go and have fun! Apparently the animatronics are sentiant and only speak with him because they think he's a child even though he's twenty five. Don't even get him started on Jeremy treating him younger than a teenager...
Oh yeah, Jeremy.
Mike straightens up at the reminder he's not going into the location owned by Fritz Smith completely alone. The former guard Scott asked to help him to look after the resturant for one night hadn't been the greatest of nights.
For one, the man almost seems insane. Not to be rude! But he curses every other word, and even talked about snorting Coka Cola of all things! He tried to help the young adult with paper plates. He insulted Mike and Scott!
Now he's a perminant addition to the newest guard's shift. Instead of 'Scott Cawthon' staring down at him from the schedual, 'Jeremy Fitzgerald' does the job.
The same person who even though made Mike so angry, he actually listened to him. Said thank you. He even helped the younger with the idea he had. Management weren't really happy with 'their' decision. But before that was even a chance, Jeremy was going to take the fall for him.
...no one has ever done something like that. Especially Scott, they only pat him on the head after cooing at saying 'That's nice!' before ignoring him completely as they walk away.
That's when blue eyes harden with determination, excitedly straightening up to face the restaurant.
Jeremy is coming here to help him face the unknown terrors beyond the doors. Nothing can get him with the taller man for support.
As long as he never brings up when Jeremy fell over while Mike was on his shoulders and nearly knocked most of his teeth from him mouth...
