sub-sub-categories

Can you tell me how to get a book into the sub categories in both Goodreads and Amazon. I see books listed as e.g. fiction>historical>British>WW1 and the same subs in other categories. When I upload I only find the main and one sub.
Please advise

You might do better asking in the Goodreads Feedback or Author Feedback group (https://www.goodreads.com/group/show/...). I don't think this is a librarian issue. Certainly the Amazon part isn't.
