Tracy (starofsorrow) | 5 comments Hello, all:

I recently discovered this issue. There are an adults version, and a YA version of the same book, but they have different contributers.

For example, the adults version of the book's additional contributor is Christina Lamb, whereas the YA's version's contributor is Patricia McCormick. Their ASINs are also different, as well.

Would it be best practice to separate those two books, seeing as they're different books with different covers, but happen to have the same/very similar title?

Here are the two links to the books:

They should not be separated. The edition may be indicated in the edition field of each.

And they are not "different books" They are actually very similar in content.

Tracy (starofsorrow) | 5 comments Hrm. How can I enter in that I am reading both editions, then? It seems I can't have two editions of one book on my currently reading list.

You can, but you have to do it from the individual edition's book page. See https://www.goodreads.com/help/show/7...
