Dishonour and Obey by Graham Brack - reviewed - https://www.goodreads.com/review/show/5185763750

The Devil in DC by Cheryl K. Chumley on how the progressive's have taken over DC.
Finished and reviewed "A Master of Deception," by Richard Marsh. Read another Marsh book and am 3/4 through another. For those not acquainted with Marsh, he wrote a suspense novel with supernatural elements called "The Beetle" which was published the same year as - and outsold - "Dracula".He can fall into the wordiness and "detours" of a lot of 19th/early 20th century suspense fiction, but he's never boring.
Read A Village in the Third Reich and reviewed it - https://www.goodreads.com/review/show/5185825263
Re-reading for the third time: Scarecrows* by Christine Hayton.*One of four short stories included in a 4-story compilation titled Childhood Fears.

I've just finished the book by Niranjan called Life Remains and will be going on to another soon. I'm part of the group of authors helping out other authors to get more reviews posted for their books.
I just finished Last but not Leashed by Eileen Brady and now am reading Mother at Seven by Vernoika Gasparyan.
I just finished The Devil in DC : Winning Back the Country from the beast in Washington.
Currently midway in Victor Hugo's "Notre Dame" (best known as "The Hunchback of...') Long, flowing sentences that capture 1460s Paris in great detail, from fretted spires to Romanesque arches and streets of the present day!The details remind me to include specifics in my "Val and Roddy DeVere Gilded Age Series," especially because the rich Americans of that era often copied the era Victor Hugo lays out in lush detail!
Read Every Day is Mother's Day by Hilary Mantel - reviewed - https://www.goodreads.com/review/show/5199695670
Currently reading Forever Interrupted by Taylor Jenkins Reid. I’ve loved her other books I’ve read so now I’m reading her first. So far so good!

I've reading "The Woman Destroyed" by Simone de Beauvoir and the way she depicts the lives of these women is just mesmerizing .
Just finished Never Goodbye Only Goodnight by M.J. Dickson. An interesting read about the experiences of a sensitive/medium/paranormal investigator. Definitely fascinating regarding the various methods spirits communicate with us, and how guides interact to aid us in life. Recommended.
Finished two books by Hilary Mantel - Vacant Possession - reviewed - https://www.goodreads.com/review/show/5201082350and
Fludd - reviewed - https://www.goodreads.com/review/show/5202981942
Luckily I enjoyed the second a lot more than the first so that was a good last read for 2022.
I currently can't put down: Empire of the summer moon : Quanah Parker and the rise and fall of the Comanches, the most powerful Indian tribe in American history: https://www.amazon.com/Empire-Summer-...What a gripping story.
I recently finished: The cave and the cathedral : how a real-life Indiana Jones and a renegade scholar decoded the ancient art of man: https://www.amazon.com/Cave-Cathedral...
That book was really interesting about Paleolithic cave art.
At The Water's Edge by Sara Gruen - I'm almost finished and now very much enjoying - there were times where the story was not engaging but overall, a great read - would recommend
