I'm reading a few things. "Best Served Cold", "The Dragon Champion" and a Conan the Barbarian movie novelization. :)
I'e just finished Girls in the Attic. I thought I's had enough of WW2 dramas, but this was so good. The protagonist being a Nazi is a lovely twist. Looking for my next read.

Just finished ¿Quién mató a Palomino Molero? by Mario Vargas Llosa and now started Rose Tremain's Sadler's Birthday
I finished, and posted a review of Anthony Oliver's debut novel, "The Pew Group". Written in the 1980s, it was the first of four novels in Oliver's English countryside mysteries featuring middle-aged sleuths, the eccentric Lizzie Thomas and retired detective, John Webber. All the plots involved antiques or vintage pottery which was Oliver's passion (he also wrote a book on the subject.)Wonderful characters and first-rate writing. Oliver's death brought a premature end to a great series.
Larry wrote: "Just started Craig Johnson's Hell and Back. Basis of the 'Longmire' series."Another excellent story from Craig Johnson.
I just finished "Hell House", 9th in a series from Kory M. Shrum and am now reading "Deuce" by Gail Meath, which releases tomorrow 9/20/22.
Because I'm scattered, I am reading Johnny Ringo: King of the Cowboys, by David Johnson; Halo: Envoy, by Thomas Buckell, Star Wars: Legends of Luke Skywalker, by Ken Liu and J.G. Jones, and A Korean War Odessey, by Tom Gormley. All great in their own ways!
Just finished my fourth book by author Gail Meath, who writes some wonderful historical murder mystery and romance novels. PATH OF TREASURES
