Removing a book that isn't mine

Before I claim my author page, it contains a book that doesn't belong to me (The Thin Line).

This is my book (Crimson). I don't want to go and claim somebody else's work.

Is it better I claim my author page and try to get the other book removed, or can it be split before I set it up?

Separated books. There shouldn't be any problem claiming your author page.
