Can't add books into series

I've tried to add a new series under "edit details" for each of these books, but it fails (takes me to the home page). The series name is "Tracking Jane"

Prequel: Waiting for Shadow (book 1)

Episode 1: Shadow-7 (book 2)

Episode 2: Rover (book 3)

I'm also seeing (I think) two copies of "Rover" (book 3), so I'm not sure what's happening there.

Well, that's weird. However, if you didn't know how to add a series, you
just go to the first book of the series and go: "edit details" --> click add series --> add details & books to the series ---> save.
Nevertheless I've done it for you.

Also there's two books of your Rover series because they both were published with each ISBN and ASIN google result for Rover (book 3) appearing on the search.

Only librarians can add or edit series. Authors do not have that ability.

Multiple editions have nothing to do with Google. Kindle editions have ASINs; other ebooks have ISBNs (usually). So there is one edition with the ASIN, and one with the ISBN.
