Cover needed

   The paperback edition of this title has a blank square for the cover---NOT the usual goodreads "g" logo:

Also on the "all editions screen" one of the Kindle editions has a generic "g" cover.
If there is a better way to submit this info please tell me.

I reverted the cover change for the edition with the white cover and added an alternate edition for the current cover.
The Kindle edition with no cover is no longer available on Amazon, so there is no source we can use to add the cover.
