Werner, add as many as you want. The only thing I would recommend is don't add a ton at once - pace yourself just a bit, one or two per day, or three at most, just because there tend to be a lot of new threads opened every day and you don't want yours to "disappear" right away.
Also if your thread is not getting any action, bump it every 30-60 days to bring it to the top of the queue.
Also, if you do have more than 1 thread--keep their web addresses stored either in your favourites bar OR start a word processor sheet with all of them listed--and remove them as they get solved. Doing this makes it much easier to bump them up.

Bit late to respond (Sorry, but I wasn't notified about your update Werner) but I have a LOT of comments, (over 10k and counting) so using my Comment History to find my threads doesn't help much. :o) Which is why I keep that word program with my personal forgotten titles. threads on it.

Thanks for the link; that's a good idea! Mine are easier to keep track of, because I don't have so many active ones at a time (right now, just one). So I've been using a paper list; that works for me.
