Good wins armageddon and a group of evil fantasy characters are trying something. I know it's a fantasy comedy. I never read the book but heard about it and can't remember the name or much about it.

Well, there's Good Omens: The Nice and Accurate Prophecies of Agnes Nutter, Witch, by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman.

Is it mostly about what happens after armageddon, or the lead up to it?
Any examples of who the evil fantasy characters are?
Are they really trying to do good or...?

Sometime in the 1990s and I think one was a evil knight and witch with a few monster races. It happens after armageddon and I think it might be a comedy.
