I have updated my completion date for Monuments and moved Crooked Kingdom to week 3 as I have gotten absolutely no reading done this weekend so won't finish this until after week 3 has started

I nominated a book but we should try nominate a green covered book that most of us can get and read. I tried but didn't have much luck. The ones I found I think people would have struggled to get from their libraries

Mary and Tina...you both had books on week 2 SS that were not recorded as finished so I moved those over to week 3. If there is an animal to go with those...that would be great!
If not, we can still record them for one of the sin categories.
Hopefully everyone has settle on a few animals to claim for this week's Mini Challenge...if you have not, please head over to the SS and do so. I'll update our claimed list one more time...probably tonight and then for the balance, please refer to the SS.

Tina the Backroom BOM works for 'Catfish'...if you can capture that sentence, I'll put you down for that. I'll wait until Week 4 to read.

You know what...catfish won't work in that example...it has to be an actual fish. I found it initally...so that's my fault. Note if you find any other animals in that one. I have it on my kindle...so I can look for an exact location if you find something. ...bummer :(

Yup will do! I'm just glad it's a short read so I won't have to suffer as much
I'm currently working through a 1000 plus page book (World Without End). The book I have has a horse like figure on it, so when I've finished it can either be used for the mini challenge if it qualifies, or the page one, whichever gives the best scores.

Okay, so sorry I haven't been able to check in - this week has been crazy. I am currently reading a book that could work for the mini-challenge (for chicken) or it could be a color cover for lust. Which would be better to use it for?Also, I had a book that I entered into the SS for week 2 - I can see it entered, but I guess it isn't showing for other people? Is it too late to fix that and get the points?

Our deadlines are clear...there is a countdown timer...I've put the timer in our thread, on our SS and it's also on the main page for this challenge. I appreciate if you could double check next time and even if you don't check in but once per week...take the time to read through the threads...it's very difficult to track everyone down, especially with different time zones...I just don't have the time for that. I'm sorry...we'll do better next time....maybe fore this week post something here so one of us can double check your entry was recorded. :)

Hey Megan, just letting you know that I had a claim on monkeys. I am pretty sure you can use Life of Pi for Tiger. Kindly change the justification on the SS. :)
“Monkey” and “Howler Monkey” are both options. Howler Monkey is on the Tricky list.

Oh okay! I read a book with a dog on the cover but also can work for wrath with a brown colour cover so whichever or wherever you want to put it is fine. I put it under wrath for now
