I’ll update everything later tonight. I’ve been busy with uni, work being sick and reading this week
OK...I made a few more changes to the story and think it's a fair 2nd draft. Those checking in during the next 24 hrs...if you could please have a look to see that it's right and also feel free to make changes at will.
I've got to get a serious dent in this book tonight if I'm going to finish it on time.

Mini--Avarice BINGO RulesAvarice is an inordinate or insatiable longing for material gain, be it food, money, status, or power.
For this mini-challenge your team is going to greedily fill in your bingo card for points.
You will have three bingo cards with words related to greed. For each word, read a book that matches the word in some way: cover, title, genre, theme - be as creative as you want as you try to cover as much of the cards as possible.
◈ Only books finished between 11th and 18th November will count for the Avarice mini challenge (i.e. books finished in week 6).
◈ Books will either count towards the main part of the challenge (the Seven Deadly Sins) or towards this mini challenge.
◈ You will gain 5 points for each square you fill
◈ You will gain an additional 7 points if you complete a card
◈ You will gain an additional 7 points for each 7 square straight line you completely fill (vertical / horizontal / corner-to-corner)
◈ Captains will report straight line bonus requests in the Check-in at the end of the week.
Note: The middle square is not 'free'.

Should we attempt to have every book we read used for BINGO?
If we go for completing a 'full card' we will go over on our book count...is this something we want to try and do this week?
If we aren't going for a full card, it may make more sense not to worry about filling just one card.

One card is really big though. We should try to fill one card up but at least get some straight lines done if not a card. :) It also depends on the week. I may be able to read more cause holiday seasons are coming but don't lean on my words guys. :D
working on our spreadsheet. there is a lot of words so trying to make it as easy as possible and also make so we are not repeating things over and over on different tabs
Maybe we can note down our potential reads for the week on the SS. Then choose whichever card's (and row/column) matches them most closely?
okay I have set up the bingo card tabs so you only need to write your book details in card card 1. Then, also in card one, you would fill in appropriate card one words your book works for. This information will automatically be copied to cards 2 and 3 if the same word is on those cards.
You may then double check cards 2 and 3 in case there are words on those that may not be on card 1 that work for your book. In these cases, find your book on the copied list and add your information under the corresponding word for your book details row.
I have also set up a little formula near the top to let us know if we have a potential row bingo

I have also added another book to the SS just yesterday. We can use it for our story if we need it (What One/Teo said to Two/One) or it can simply count towards the Sins.
I’m reading sin bingo book for envy now. Hopefully I can finish it today.
If we get some almost Bingos organized and need a word filled to complete the Bingo, I can take care of those. I won’t get much reading done at the beginning of the week because of a work conference, but I have plenty of travel time to read when I come home.
Question: do the book names in the story have to appear in the order they are listed? Or do they just have to be in the story?
I have added my books I will look for sin tasks for them but if you can use them for the story just change it.

I am agreeing with Ambi here - currently all cecily's books are completed so the only unfilled or uncompleted book in story 2 is What #Two said to #One which I am sure we can fill easily.
It would be more points to do the mini challenge over the regular wouldn't it particularily since some of Cecily's books in don't easily fit anywhere else. Ambi do you want see if you can come up with anything and I can see if we have anything else to fill the last gap unless Em comes back to us with what she had to fill it
Edit: I found Em's book for the blank slot and filled it in so we have a completed story 2 book wise ready to go

I popped it in the mini challenge as there wasn't quite enough blue on the cover to fit sin bingo but worked perfectly for the mini challenge :-)

Just popping inI’m working today but if you are checking dbl check that each use is what it’s supposed to be...ie what person one says matches the entry...matches the Working mini and working main and matches the main SS if the main SS has already been updated...I think Megan is working on this
I added all the stories in the SS. I don't think there's enough time to change story two, so I'll just revise it and we can send it in for the extra points. Hopefully the Mods will like our stories and give us Mod points.

guys i'm so sorry! i went over someplace without internet over the weekend and got very minimal amount of reading done... i'll try to make it up this week.. sorry again.
A few reminders to everyone....This week we are going to try for every book used for bingo.
We can be creative in order to place the books...please record your books on the main page as well as the mini page. Record it for as many options as possible on card 1... if nothing on card 1 then go to card 2...some of the words are used on multiple cards
Once you have determined you will for sure finish your book, record it so we know it’s a possible
Re bad books...you can still read them, but they will only count for one mini or the other...5 pts for lust/bad or 5 pts for avarice/bingo, if it can be used for bingo id defer to that but note the bad book option in the memo section just in case we need to move it around
