At 1st glance the top one looked blue but expanding it on my phone it looks purple. Don’t think #2 is 50%.
Well crap, now looking at it on my PC, #1 actually looks blue.Ashleigh?
Just been skimming through some possible books that I might read at some point during the challenge.Thoughts on colour for these 2?
- not sure there's enough red to count as 50%?
- green cover?

The 2nd one can't tell if it's green or blue. Need another opinion!

2. When you finish a book, please make sure to mark the book as read, add start and end dates, and place on your TT shelf.

Stupid SS question from a first timer...are we adding our completions to the team's planning SS for the captains to place, or are we adding them to the main team SS created by the mods?

You could either add them to the planning ss or add them here, so we can add them to the official spreadsheet. I believe only Cathy and I have access to that one :)

I have 1 chpt left in a short I was reading but had to start my 1st for TT. I'll probably read it later tonight but have been waiting since Wheel ended to read Heir of Novron & need to know how this series ends!!
Ahhhhh what a shame that I have to put Defy The Stars on hold!! But the first half was so good that even if I forget everything in it months later after this challenge ends, I’ll be more than happy to re-read it.Currently starting my first read. Almost halfway thru my book and so far its so good! Probably the best of the series so far. ALmost sad that I'm almost done with it.

Okay probably a stupid question, but I want to make sure I have this right since this is my first TT. Does the book for each Sin need to fit all 3 of the elements (color, genre, and criteria)? Or just one of them to count?

Or j..."You can pick one of the 3 elements or if your book matches all 3, you can get a sin bingo which is worth more points, but no not every book needs to fit all 3 elements.

Any book you read will give us book points and should meet 1 of the criteria for one of the sins. It can be color cover or Genre or Sin Specification. If your book happens to meet all 3 criteria for 1 Sin, that is what is called a Sin Bingo and garners us 7 bonus points. Color color is 5 points, Genre is 3 points, and Sin Specification is 1 point, except for Avarice's Anything Goes where books that don't fit any others would fit. But it's better to fit it under one of the others if possible since Anything Goes gives us 0 bonus points.

I’m thinking it should be fine for pride which is worth more points, but just wanted opinions :) Sorry I couldn’t tag the book I’m on my phone tonight my computer 🤮 out on me. Gotta get the other one out tomorrow.

Started my first book for this challenge! My reading plans have kind of gone out the window though because both of my audiobooks are borrowed atm. I'll have to look through for something to replace them

It's round about the same page count as City of Ghosts so I would say it's okay.Not sure if that's purple enough. Cathy, your thoughts?
