Thank you, Lin. I need that one on different headers for odd and even pages in the same file.
The latest in a series of articles about formatting for ebooks/print, this time looking at paragraph formatting, including indenting, space before and after, linespacing and widow/orphan control. Hope you find it useful.
My next article, by request, will be about using headers and footers, including how to have different ones throughout the book and keep the page numbers going.
