WorldCat has a page count of 293. Can you tell me what is on pages from there up to 304? GR includes everything (such as author's notes and bibliographies) but not advertisements or previews for other books.
it's just blank pages past 293 but 293 is the last printed number in the physical book. I assumed the amazon page count of 304 was inclusive of these blank pages
GR doesn't include blank pages either, so I have updated the page count to 293 :)

GR currently lists this at 400 pages. Amazon has it at 304 pages, as does my copy of the book.
