(Hope it helps)

Started on or after November the first. :)

I was wondering the same thing!

I think last year we said that novellas and 0.5 's etc counted if they were over 100 pages, but were only worth a maximum of 1 point for the book and 1 point for the buddy read as it can get a bit confusing.
Abbie and I read
, which is listed on goodreads as being 0.5, but you can't read it until after book 8? confusing.

Novella's which are 75 pages - 100 pages are worth 1 point if read with a buddy (0.5 for book, 0.5 for buddy) if they're over 100 pages, it wil be 1 point for the book, and 1 point for buddy. :)

Great, thanks! :D

Thanks for clarifying! :)
One other question, just to be sure. If I read a book of a series and I have already read the past volumes, then I get the value for that volume? Say it is book 4 of a series and I read 1-3 earlier this year. Would I get the 4 points?

Yes ☺ If it's number 4 in a series, it's 4 points. It doesn't matter if you haven't even read the other books, if it's number 4, it's worth 4 points ☺

It depends, if the books are longer than 100 pages individually, and have been published individually, you can count them as seperate books. If they've not been published individually, or they're less than 100 pages each then you can't ☺ Does that make sense?

I would usually just write a brief review for each book, so if you read
, I'd just write reviews for
and
and count them as 2 books ☺ You'll get more points that way ☺

Also, do the reviews of the books we read have to be on GR or can we post a link to our blog? For example, if I read and review The Jewel but the review is only on my blog does it count?
Another question, if I read a first in a series and the second isn't published do I get credit for the first book or do I have to read a series that is already fully published?
Do these questions make sense?

Post on GR and your blog! More exposure :)

We usually only allow reviews posted on goodreads as we can see wen the book was started that way. If you don't like posting reviews on goodreads though, you can write 4 status updates like what you've done here; https://www.goodreads.com/user_status... and submit that. :)
No, you don't have to read a series that's fully published for it to count. If there's a series that's got 12 books in it, but you only want to read books 4 + 5, you'll get the points for those. :)

You can count it as a reread if you want continue reading it and have it counted. :)
