SOLVED. Portals that can be used to view the past. [s]

It seemed to be the not too distant future or present. There seemed to be a political theme.
I remember two parts.
1. Because of the portals that could view anywhere at anytime in the past some of the younger people walked around nude due to the total lack of privacy.
2. When people tried to view the time Jesus was around they couldn't because a portal cant occupy a space where a portal already was or has been.
Also the portals might have been described as a small window that could only be viewed through.
Hope somebody can shed light on this splinter in my mind.
