ABANDONED. Looking for author, book called 'A Leap in the Dark', features an SST called the Cordiale

I'm currently on the hunt for disaster novels featuring SuperSonic Transports and one entitled 'A Leap In the Dark' was mentioned on a forum posting that did not give the authors name or when it was published.

The only other clue in the forum post was that it featured a plane called the Cordiale which was a respray of the Concorde in it's details.

Can anyone help supply the missing information.

Norm017, can you confirm that was your book?

Also, "SuperSonic Transport" is better in your title header than SST. Not that many of our members will know what SST means (including me).
