The Bowie quote was added around the same time as the other quotes. Anyone can add a quote and your book does have references to Bowie knives but single words are not generally allowed as quotes.

Tanya, we can delete a quote if there are no "likes" for the quote. To delete, select the "Edit quote" option (upper right on the quote page), then select "delete" when the Edit Quote page appears.

Both of the quotes you referenced show zero "likes," so you should be OK in deleting them.
