Added books don't show up in search

Hi, I'm relatively new, so please bear with me if I am asking a silly question. I am with a small press and we successfully manually added our books to Goodreads. However, when one does a search for either the author or the title, the search returns no results for many of our books. I have ensured that all the meta data is correct and complete. The only way the book will show up in search is when the ISBN is used, which isn't all that user friendly for readers (it would be nice for them to be able to search by the author's name, at least).

Can anyone shed some light on why this might be happening? Thanks so much, your feedback is much appreciated...

Still got problem with "search" function for manually added book.

I tried to search a translated book by Enyd Blyton titled Komplotan Tangan Hijau , which I'm pretty sure had been added to GR by one or more Indonesian member, because Enyd is quite popular in Indonesia.
The search result is showing:

I tried using IE & FF with the same result.
So I thought somehow the book was missed by my fellow Indonesian. Then I'm ready to add the book manually confidently since I am holding the book right now. But I need to find the book cover image, so I googling it down, and came up with:

The first link is from Goodreads...which link to:
