Ah ok... But won't you feel sad after giving it up...6 years my God ! Its so long... This group must mean a lot to you :(
Yes, of course. But then I feel that we are not doing justice to the group. For the past few months the group has been staggering along. I have been mentally toying with the idea of quitting for quite a few weeks now. Decided to take a plunge before my resolve wavers. :-)

But you can add mod yet stay even if not acting ... Be as a guardian.. A head...
Hi Smitha,
Well I think you're doing a fine job, but if you really want a helping hand I'll be glad to step in :)

Sherin, you got your answer :D :D
Shoa, thank you.
I will add you. Try your hand at it. Good luck. Shall PM a few guidelines.

I wish you do a great Job moderating this huge group :D
I will be happy to help you anyway I can... XD

Hahaha.... Its intimidating to mod such a large group... But being an assistant to a mod is equally calming as all the responsibility lies on mod and assistant lend a helping hand... :P

Thanks, Parikhit. But I may step down if I feel that I am not at all doing justice to my job. I have kept myself on probation for the time being. :P

Exactly!

You might get some freshness of thought. :)
Let me know if you consider or if you have any criteria w.r.t which you want my answer

I am in my 6th year of moderatorship. I feel that I am overstaying my term. This group is stagnating and needs fresh hands at the helm. So anybody who's interested and who's confident enough that they'd be able to spare at least half an hour daily for setting the threads right and occasionally settling disputes please come forth and give your names.
As soon as you get the hang of it, Psmith shall step down with a sigh (of relief tinged with a wee bit of regret)
