This collection of four short plays is my latest release from Black Box Theatre Publishing and I'm looking for reviewers.

Based On The... is a collection of four short plays each based on an existing story, either from classic literature or based on a true life account. In "The Reunion" two old friends from high school meet in the big city and discover shocking truths about themselves, based on Thomas Hardy's Victorian poem "A Ruined Maid". "The Mysterious Case of Lot 249" is based on one of the first examples of the "mummy story" in classic gothic fiction, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's "Lot 249". In 1899, a group of newspaper boys, or newsies, went on strike and brought New York City to a halt for two weeks. Learn the true story the hit Disney Musical "Newsies" is based on in "Kid Blink". Finally, shed new light on a Christmas classic in "Miriam and Isa".
