I can't edit my own Author profile... there are things I need to fix and add a photo... can someone help me?

One of your books had the wrong author name but I've fixed that.
i wanted to change the author name to get rid of the periods... i did contact customer support they sent me to this group
You can't change the periods, your current author name is the right format for GR. Please check this part of the librarian manual:https://www.goodreads.com/help/show/6...
Actually, there is even an extra space between your initial that shouldn't be there I think.

Editing your author name is also a Staff-only task but I've already added that to the correct thread and they will remove the space between your initials (message #91):

thanx... the reason i wanted to change author name is because the site keeps calling me J. instead of JL

Librarians CANNOT edit a Goodreads Author page. Only the author personally and a Goodreads employee can do that.
thank you that helps a lot. the second link you posted is the one i was always sent to... i didn't know about the first link... i don't even know how to get to that link.
The first link is your Goodreads Author profile. It should be automatically linked to your normal profile.
I've been trying for the past 3 weeks to delete a message I've answered, but there's a bug on your system as it won't go to trash..Please delete the following, pretty please:
