Wrong cover image

The default cover image for my book is missing on my author page. If I click on "other editions", it shows the correct cover image for the ebook and paperback, but the default is incorrect. How can I correct this?

default edition is an empty edition with no data that you have created.
I set it to be merged shortly.

Thanks Olivia, the blank one at least showed my reviews, will those eventually attach to this updated image as well?
