Reid Rainey I absolutely loved this book. It is very surprising and suspenseful. The book begins with Dobby, a house elf coming to Harry to warn him of terrible things to come at Hogwarts this year and that he must not go or something bad might happen. After a rough journey of Dobby sabotaging Harry and making him miss the train getting there, Harry and Ron are forced to steal the car and get there themselves. Once they do get there they nearly kill themselves in the landing. Someone must really not want Harry at Hogwarts this year. As soon as Harry arrives at Hogwarts, strange, awful things start to occur. The Hogwarts students begin to turn to stone for no reason and no one knows why. Who could be behind all these horrible attacks? Was it the evil Draco Malfoy, Harry's rival from slytherin who’s been out to get Harry since the beginning? I guess you’ll have to find out. One thing that I highly admire about this book is the friendship of Harry, Ron, and Hermione. The way they look out for each other and care for each other is quite awesome. Another thing that I admire about their friendship is that each of them has their strengths which they are able to use to their advantage. And when they put their strengths together they make a pretty unstoppable team. Although I did enjoy reading this book very much, there were a few characters that I did not like in the book. These characters are Ginny Weesly and Gilderoy lockhart. Ginny Weesly is Ron's sassy little sister who is very suspicious. She doesn't talk much and has an odd obsession over Harry. Gilderoy Lockhart is another character that I highly dislike. He is very cocky and isn't at all what he seems.
