Unicode support and more native (sinhalese/tamil) books

Hi friends, I have been in this group of few weeks now. As far as I can see there is not a lot of books in native languages as Sinhalese/Tamil and most of them doesn't get picked up in recommended books etc. Also unicode search is errornous and filtering language wise search is missing. I was wondering is there a place where we could raise issues and may be get more support interms of unicode,etc? If you have already initiated something in this regard please share how we can contribute.
