Personality: she is very annoying something's and with not say things less listened or spoken to. She is very good at playing politics. Phoenix always ague with her brother but only in pig Latin. Other than that she is a very good fighter and smart in all knowledge. All this gives her a feud with Jace.
History: her and her twin brother ran away from their father after their mother died to the New York institute when they were seven and her trained there every since. They know live in an apartment on the same block as the institute together.
