She has to rescue her father who owes some blood debt that she resolves to take over. She travels in a truck with her friends a fairy and a muse. Rescues a fairy child. At the end of the book she fights the blotchy girl wolf and gets the alpha guy.

Kept (#2 in series) or Coveted (#1) by Shawntelle Madison? The heroine is a werewolf with OCD. Both books mention fairy and muse. In "Kept" her father is captured by the Russian werewolf mafia. In "Coveted" she's an outcast.
