We cannot use book covers or other book data from booksellers, with the sole exception of Amazon. If you have a copy of the book, you can scan the cover yourself.

It's not just an issue of watermarks. What was the source of your image?

Since no usable source has been specified and I can only find it on bookseller sites, I removed the cover. Inge, if you have a copy of the book, you can scan the cover yourself.
