Lilith is the demon who was tormenting Jace and causes him to lure Clary to the condo. She blackmails Simon into feeding on Sebastian to revive him. Did he really have a choice here?

He had other choices but not very good ones. I recall thinking in that moment he’d have to do it. It seemed like the only viable path.
