This is our book discussion for Sept 2019.

Julio Aparicio | 3 comments Really enjoyed the book. I think of this book as a book that could be used for reference by almost anyone. It is definitely a must-read for anyone in a leadership position, from leading a department or company to a country.
Favorite parts include:
"System traps" and how to overcome them, and how to find the "leverage points" of the system to produce the biggest change. Surprising because most of us, as the author explains, could find them counterintuitive.
Great book, thanks for the suggestion.
