Looking for feedback on title

We are writing several short stories to accompany our main series, Scrolls of Zndaria. The short stories tell parallel stories to each book. For example, our first book is about Nathanial McGray. The first short story is about his brother, Theodore, and his adventures that parallel Nathanial's. We're struggling to name this short series. My husband suggested we follow the series and give them half numbers (Ted's story would be 1.5). We will also be writing short stories about the villains. That series will be the Dark Scrolls of Zndaria. What do you think about the .5 idea? What do you think about Short Scrolls of Zndaria? Any feedback is appreciated.

I do have to say I've never seen the .5 idea, for whatever reason. A pro to it is that it leaves no doubt as to where it belongs in the order of things. The con is I find it kind of boring. Stephen king did something along these lines a few years ago with his dark tower series. It wasn't called book 4.5, it was called Through the Looking Glass. Short Scrolls is an idea, but what do you think about a title having something directly to do with the short story? I do, however, like the idea of calling the series of short stories Short Scrolls.

Craig, thank you for your feedback. I agree with you about the .5 idea. We decided to go with Short Scrolls so our title for the first one will be Short Scrolls of Zndaria: The Dragon Slayer. Thanks again for your comment.
