{Eyes/Hair}: He has off white hair reaching a bit down his back with several shorter strands in the front in front of his face. Two parts of his hair are strapped in gold metal claps and hang on his shoulders in the front. His eyes are a bright turquoise, looking more of a blueish tone in dim lighting.
{Clothing}: He wears loose sage light robes in light toned dusky colors. His head protector is strapped around his left forearm.
{Scars/Body Art/Tattoos}: He has the traditional marking of all from the kaguya clan, two circles above his eyes. He also has a similar toned set of stripes near the left side of his chin going down half way on his neck.
{Possessions}: He carries around a fang that is strung around his neck, said to ward of demons.

{Personality}: He is quite a carefree spirit. The young man can often be found resting under a tree, simply watching the clouds above him. On first glance, he comes off as selfish and egotistical, normally spouting out exaggerated stories to gain the attention of others. Though this is because he loves folklore and legends, striving to be one of the greats himself. He is extremely stubborn and prideful, willing to start fight with those he thinks looks down on him. Though he will fend for others he feels depend on him and becomes not as rude to those he takes a liking to and knows well.

{History}: Amaya was born in the leaf village but she was kidnapped by the akatsuki when she was barely ten years old, she was trained by them until she found out that they just wanted her because she was a jinchuuriki. She escaped from the akatsuki but was then kidnapped by orochimaru then trained by him and was almost made into his next body to take over until she escaped and was then given a scythe from a strange person that said that she was meant to wield the weapon. After Amaya moved from one place to another learning new jutsus and fighting styles she then passed out in front of the gates of the leaf village.

Okay so I've watched scattered episodes of Naruto, but have no knowledge of it...but I kind of want to make a character for this...

It's fun to act like your character so I'd say go for it if you want to make a character Izzy.
Well naruto is like many other shounens so it shouldnt be that hard to get into. I would say just make your characters, maybe do a little research and you should be perfectly fine.If you need any explanations of things let me know ^^
