One month a year indie books are nominated for the BOTM. There have been different criteria that must be followed each year. In addition to that, if you are an author, you may start a thread under the Author Corner telling the group about your book. Also, if you read an indie book you feel everyone should know about, you can talk about it in the "best book I read this month" thread. I'm sure the author of the book would love a mention.
