There are two copies of this on good reads...but there is only one version. How do I combine them and not lose any reviews?

I've set the blank edition to be merged with the Kindle edition, the reviews will be transferred to the kindle edition (might take a day or so for the blank edition to stop showing in the "other editions" section).
