Who was the guy on tape at the bar?

When I began Unlucky 13, I was still pondering over who was the guy on tape at the bar in Invisible? Did they mention that, or did I read it too fast to pick up who this character might have been? Can someone help me remember that part. I returned my copy to the library.

then who was the guy who set the explosions when Emmy and the rest of the agents were at football stadium ...could be mary disguised as a man?

The "man" was actually Mary Laney. She staged the whole thing so it looked like she was being followed, etc, when in actuality, she was the arsonist/murderess

There was really no guy on tape at the bar. It was the killer, who staged the whole thing. It is what lead up to the twist in the story.
