Hi ladies.

Omg. Potato soup. I haven't made that in ages. This week it's gonna happen. If the kids don't like it they can eat peanut butter. Except for Marissa who has peanut allergies.

I'm almost done with Harry Potter, about 70% in. And I'm at around 60% of that romance book. I don't know why I keep juggling multiple books!

I have a recipe for potato soup off the back of a Nabisco Cracker box which is fabulous but it is a lot of work. Cook various vegetables and then puree them.

My son had his levels checked for stelara things look good. All labs looked good. He has dental work and foot appt to go through so summer is the plan. We feel all this rona might be dealt with and we will be in a better place.

Sheila that sounds fabulous I never thought of adding veggies bc I’ve always done traditional but I have to tell you ladies I enjoyed them in my soup. My boys not so much with the mushrooms but as I told them they won’t kill you. Lol. I hope all of you have a blessed week and can finally get to a book

Don't listen to theses heretics. The only vegetable that belongs in potato soup is potato. Maybe a carrot if you have a old limp one laying around you don't want to waste. But lots of crumbled bacon on the side to throw in at will.

We ate soup all the time when I was a kid. I think we might have been poor but were having to much fun to notice.
