It was based in Rome, if I'm not mistaken, or an italian city. A bunch of celebrities and important people were invited to this mansion. There is even a description of the red carpet and when they arrive. This event is to go hunting (if I'm not mistaken it involves like mythical creatures). The hunting takes place in a big park/forest and the host divides all the people into different groups.

The cover of the book had a general green mint color and some creatures drawn in the middle and a yellow tag banner.

I read it 2014-2015.
It was kinda thriller + fantasy. And the celebrities I don't remember, but I think they were just made up celebrities.
