I think the curse messed with Gabe's head to be honest :D And I agree with you, he does some things that are just not acceptable. (view spoiler)[Not only your example, but also he KNOWS Tristan loves her, but he always tells him to distance himself from her and feels super threatened and stuff, and is never ever a bit understanding. It's mean and it drives me crazy. I also feel like he totally takes advantage of the fact that Scarlet can't remember. And that's not right.
