So everyone must've died. What I think is ironic is that the man who got the boss killed in the sublevel basement really didn't think he was going to die too! He thought he would get away!

That was a good example of how King doesn't mind killing off his main characters. The reader assumes Hall will make it, then well.....rat bait

I did see the movie on cable somewhere and it was awful! So many of his books just translate as cheezy! I found this story very nerve wracking, but the movie made it almost comical. Not on purpose, I just have a better imagination than they were able to show on screen.

Just finished this story...and I did enjoy it and can't think of rats in the same way again! Didn't know they had a movie from this...based on the reviews here I may just pass on it.

This one was getting good and then it was the end.I think it could have went a little longer even for a short story.
