Kristi (kristilarson) | 548 comments Can someone double check my readerboard total, for Kristi CO? It's showing as 70, through post 2500, but I believe I should have 90. I posted last on Oct 31, #2406. I don't see anything in this topic to explain any issues. Thanks!

Thanks for the quick heads up, Kristi! It was a spreadsheet problem, now found and fixed, so your correct total will show up in the upcoming update.

Task 15.10 requires that you specify the month in which the book was listed - the list is not divided into pages, so saying first page doesn't help to locate it.

The book you linked to, This Poison Will Remain, a paperback, has 416 pages so does not work for this task. If you read a different edition that has a 0 in its page numbers, please repost, linking to the correct edition.

Laurah30 post 2634

All posts, including reposts, must include a link to the book claimed.

NOTE: If you just copy your previous post and then repost with additions, the links will not carry over. To do this, go to your post, click "edit" at the bottom, then copy THAT version of the post. When you paste it into a new post, it will maintain the formatting and you can add any necessary info.

The book has a MPG of Halloween and it is on the Halloween and Autumn cozy mysteries list that the task creator posted. The post just requires "evidence" and is not specific. Does this not count? Also asking for a friend. Thanks!

This is not a list task. If this takes place at Halloween, or involves a Halloween party or trick or treating or some such, there should be some reference to that in your book - if so, include a quote from the book establishing it.

I don't see anything in the description of A Night in the Lonesome October that refers to Halloween or a Halloween setting. The task states "For this option, read a book where Halloween, Dia de Los Muertos, or All Saint's Day features prominently in the story. If the connection to the holiday is not obvious from the Goodreads description, provide evidence of the connection in your post."

If this book does take place at Halloween, please explain.

Note that this is not a main page genre task.

Cordelia, the description on Wikipedia specifically references Halloween, if that helps. The story is a build-up to a ritual on Halloween because there will be a full moon that night.

You already posted this task on September 30. Looks like you later used the same book for another task - unfortunately, I didn't pick that up. You then removed the book from the other task, and are now using it for this one - the same task you used it for on 9/30.
